Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz jar salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains.
  • Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning.
  • Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on the bottom of a pie dish.
  • Pour the salsa over the cream cheese layer.
  • Spoon the seasoned ground beef over the salsa.
  • Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top of the meat layer.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
