Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 2 ripe avocados diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients including cooked chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dice the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • Dice the avocados and cucumber, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and cilantro.
  • Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then gently toss the salad to mix.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and cumin to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  • Serve immediately in bowls and enjoy.
