  • non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded hash browns, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and beaten eggs.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
  • Preheat the waffle iron to medium-high heat and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour about 1 cup of the mixture onto the waffle iron and spread it evenly.
  • Close the lid and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the waffles are golden and cooked through.
  • Carefully remove the cooked waffle and repeat the process with remaining mixture.
