Ingredients

  • 2 scoops 50g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine peanut butter and honey in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla protein powder, salt, and extract until a thick dough forms, adjusting with milk or protein powder if needed.
  • Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles to prevent colors from bleeding.
  • Scoop one tablespoon of dough and roll into smooth balls between your palms.
  • Optionally roll the balls in extra sprinkles for added color.
  • Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate at least 20 minutes to firm.
