Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, buffalo sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, and cumin.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine evenly with the chili mixture before serving.
