Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breasts rotisserie work well
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup refrigerated ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust for preferred heat
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese use mozzarella for milder flavor
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a 1.5-quart baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, or celery sticks for dipping.
