- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
Cook the fettuccine according to package directions, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the seasoned shrimp until cooked through, then remove and set aside.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan to the skillet, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
