Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of chicken mixture on the wide end of each dough triangle.
  • Roll the dough from the wide end, folding in the sides to enclose the filling.
  • Arrange filled bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Add extra buffalo sauce for more heat.
  • Freeze before baking for meal prep.
  • Serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
