Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • Zest of 1 clementine orange
  • 3 clementine oranges

Instructions
 

  • Add chopped dark chocolate to a pot over low heat.
  • Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth, then remove from heat.
  • Transfer melted chocolate to a bowl.
  • Grate the zest of one clementine orange and set aside.
  • Peel the clementine oranges and separate into individual segments.
  • Dip each orange segment halfway into the melted chocolate, place on the prepared baking mat, and immediately sprinkle with orange zest.
  • Repeat with remaining orange segments.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 45 minutes until chocolate hardens.
