- 1 –2 medjool dates or 1–2 tbsp maple syrup optional
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk almond, oat, coconut, etc
- Banana slices optional
- Peanut butter optional
- Chopped peanuts optional
- Chocolate chips optional
- Granola optional
