Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages 8 ounces each cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package 0.4 ounce ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup minced sweet red pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 4 flour tortillas 10 inches

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in minced sweet red pepper, celery, green onions, and sliced olives until evenly combined.
  • Spread about 3/4 cup of the mixture evenly onto each flour tortilla.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate the wrapped pinwheels for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • Unwrap and slice each roll into 1/2-inch thick pinwheel slices before serving.

  • Chill well before slicing to maintain shape.
