Ingredients
- 2 packages 8 ounces each cream cheese, softened
- 1 package 0.4 ounce ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup minced sweet red pepper
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
- 4 flour tortillas 10 inches
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in minced sweet red pepper, celery, green onions, and sliced olives until evenly combined.
- Spread about 3/4 cup of the mixture evenly onto each flour tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate the wrapped pinwheels for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice each roll into 1/2-inch thick pinwheel slices before serving.
