- 1 whole side of salmon 2 lbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
