- 3/4 oz 20g feta cheese
- 1 small tortilla or slice of toasted bread
- 1/4 avocado
- Dried oregano to taste
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Cooking oil spray or olive oil spray
- Lemon juice for squeezing
- Pickled onions for garnish
- Chili oil for garnish
Spray a small fry pan with cooking oil and crumble feta cheese evenly across the pan, including the edges.
