  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs optional, for extra crisp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped dill pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs if using. Mix thoroughly.
  • Form the mixture into small balls or bite-sized portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese bites turn golden and crispy.
