- 36-46 Oreos finely crushed
- 1 3.9-ounce package vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk cold
- 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
- 36 Mini eggs or more
- 12 Peeps bunny marshmallow treats
Prepare 12 eight-ounce cups by adding 1 ½ tablespoons of crushed Oreos to each and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk vanilla pudding mix and cold whole milk using a hand mixer for 2 minutes until thickened.
Fold the container of thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture using a spatula.
Add two heaping spoonfuls of pudding mixture to each cup, then sprinkle 1 ½ tablespoons of Oreo crumbs on top.
Repeat by adding two more spoonfuls of pudding followed by a smaller layer (about 1 tablespoon) of Oreo crumbs.
Refrigerate the assembled cups for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, garnish each cup with 3 or more mini eggs and 1 Peeps bunny marshmallow.
