- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 to 5 tablespoons dark chocolate melted
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- sea salt to taste
Peel the bananas and cut each in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into two parts for a total of eight slices.
Arrange banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread peanut butter evenly over each banana slice.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts and a pinch of sea salt on top of the peanut butter.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over each peanut butter-covered banana slice.
Freeze the prepared banana Snickers on the baking sheet for at least one hour until chocolate is firm.
