Flip chicken and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and no pink remains; internal temperature should reach 165°F.
Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic to the skillet; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Turn off heat, toss chicken bites to coat in garlic butter sauce, and garnish with minced parsley if desired.
