  • toothpicks plain, soaked in water to prevent burning

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz beef kielbasa sliced into chunks
  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks juice reserved
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice from canned pineapple
  • plain toothpicks

Instructions
 

  • Soak plain toothpicks in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning during baking.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place sliced kielbasa on the baking sheet and top each piece with a pineapple chunk.
  • Whisk together teriyaki sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, and reserved pineapple juice in a bowl to make the glaze.
  • Brush the glaze generously over the kielbasa and pineapple bites, then insert a soaked toothpick into each.
  • Bake bites for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and glaze is caramelized and sticky.
  • Let bites cool slightly before serving warm as an appetizer.
