Ingredients
  

  • 1 package puff pastry 2 sheets
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or choice
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
  • Cut pastry into 4x4 inches squares.
  • Combine diced ham, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
