Equipment

Instructions
 

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and optional sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish and refrigerate.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, butter flavoring, vanilla extract, and butterscotch syrup. Fold in Cool Whip and spread evenly over the crust.
  • Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Stir in butter flavoring and butterscotch syrup, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the cheesecake layer.
  • Top with a layer of Cool Whip. Drizzle butterscotch syrup on top and swirl with a spoon or knife for decoration.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set before serving.
