In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add shredded cheddar, pepper jack, cooked sausage, diced green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or bread slices.
