Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground sausage mild or spicy, crumbled
  • 1 4 oz can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional
  • Crackers tortilla chips, or bread slices for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  • Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add shredded cheddar, pepper jack, cooked sausage, diced green chiles, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or bread slices.
