- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
