Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts halved
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth.
  • Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and layer the roasted Brussels sprouts and crumbled bacon inside.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the layers, then sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake casserole for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
