- 4 cups Brussels sprouts halved
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender.
