Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add diced tomatoes with juice, heavy cream, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
  • In a greased 9x9-inch baking dish, combine the shredded chicken with the creamy tomato sauce and mix well.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Substitute mozzarella with cheddar for a different flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven to maintain creaminess.
