1 9x9-inch baking dish greased
1 oven preheated to 375°F
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add diced tomatoes with juice, heavy cream, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
