- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in crumbled sausage, diced bell peppers, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
