Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in crumbled sausage, diced bell peppers, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use turkey sausage for a leaner option.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for more veggies.
