Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, diced onion, and shredded cheese.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until eggs are set and the top is golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
