Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 cups green cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes canned or fresh
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned, seasoning with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes; cook until cabbage is tender.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Pour heavy cream over the mixture and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Allow casserole to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh or canned diced tomatoes based on availability.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of chili powder or smoked paprika.
