Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them evenly in the greased baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until meatballs are fully cooked and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.
