- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups sugar-free marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
