- 1 pound Italian sausage casings removed
- 4 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook sausage until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add minced garlic and chopped spinach to the skillet; cook until spinach wilts.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, cream cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine the sausage and spinach mixture into the egg mixture and stir well.
