Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Combine cooked pasta, shrimp, lemon juice, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley in the skillet or a serving bowl.
  • Toss well to combine and serve immediately while warm.
