Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 baguette or ciabatta rolls
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce romaine or arugula
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add flank steak and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 5 to 7 minutes per side until medium-rare or preferred doneness.
  • Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  • Mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce in a bowl to create the spicy mayo, adjusting the spice level to taste.
  • Slice open the rolls and spread the Sriracha mayo inside.
  • Layer sliced steak, lettuce, and tomato inside the sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
