- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

- 8 oz lump crab meat shells removed
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin.
