- 1 1/2 cups chopped Andes Mints
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cups Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped Andes Mints for topping
- 1/4 cup green candy melts for topping
Melt the chopped Andes Mints and unsalted butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving for 1 minute then stirring until smooth. Continue heating in 15-second increments and stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
Pour the melted mint chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
Transfer the coated cereal to a large ziptop bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until the cereal is evenly coated.
Pour the sugary cereal mixture onto a baking pan to spread out.
Sprinkle the chopped Andes Mints over the top of the cereal mixture.
Melt the green candy melts in a small bowl following package directions, then drizzle over the cereal mixture with a spoon.
Allow the candy melts to set before serving and enjoying.
