Equipment

  • 1 food processor for crushing Oreos
  • 1 9 x 13 inch pan to assemble cheesecake
  • 1 large bowl for mixing cheesecake filling

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreos crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 4 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • neon green food coloring to desired shade

Instructions
 

  • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  • Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the Oreo mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip until thoroughly combined.
  • Add neon green food coloring gradually and mix until the desired green color is achieved.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  • Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake until set and ready to serve.
  • Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream on top if desired.

Notes

  • Use any green food coloring to achieve the signature Grinch shade.
  • Keep cheesecake refrigerated until serving for best texture.
