No Bake Grinch Cheesecake
A creamy and festive no-bake cheesecake with a vibrant green filling and Oreo crust, perfect to delight the family during the Christmas season.
Equipment
- 1 food processor for crushing Oreos
- 1 9 x 13 inch pan to assemble cheesecake
- 1 large bowl for mixing cheesecake filling
Ingredients
- 36 Oreos crushed
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 4 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- neon green food coloring to desired shade
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the Oreo mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip until thoroughly combined.
- Add neon green food coloring gradually and mix until the desired green color is achieved.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
- Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake until set and ready to serve.
- Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream on top if desired.
Notes
- Use any green food coloring to achieve the signature Grinch shade.
- Keep cheesecake refrigerated until serving for best texture.
