1 cookie scoop for portioning dough
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 ¾ cup white sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 ½ cups old fashioned or quick rolled oats
- ⅛ tsp salt
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
