- 12 slider rolls
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the thinly sliced steak until browned.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the sliced green bell pepper and onion until softened.
Layer the cooked steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and provolone cheese onto the slider rolls.
Place the assembled sliders in the oven and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Use ribeye for more flavor or sirloin for leaner meat.
- Substitute provolone with mozzarella or cheddar cheese if desired.
- Sliders can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
