Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 slices corned beef
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese halved
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly on the bottom halves of the slider rolls.
  • Layer each bottom roll with a slice of corned beef, two halves of Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls over the layers.
  • Arrange the assembled sliders in a baking dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.

Notes

  • Use fresh sauerkraut for best flavor and less moisture.
  • Wrap sliders in foil if baking longer to avoid drying.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
