Equipment

  • 1 heart-shaped cookie cutter
  • 2 bowls for melting candy melts
  • 1 mini ziplock bag for drizzling white candy melts

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Kellogg'sĀ® Rice KrispiesĀ® cereal
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pink candy melts
  • 1/2 cup white candy melts

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Rice Krispies treats following the directions on the cereal box.
  • Transfer the prepared Rice Krispies treats onto a tray to set.
  • Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut hearts from the Rice Krispies treats.
  • Melt the pink candy melts in a bowl and dip half of each heart into the melted candy. Allow to harden.
  • Melt the white candy melts in a separate bowl and pour into a mini ziplock bag. Cut a tiny hole in one corner.
  • Drizzle the white candy melts over the pink-dipped hearts using the ziplock bag. Let harden before serving.

Notes

  • Use a fresh cookie cutter for clean heart shapes.
  • Substitute candy melts colors as desired.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
