- 2 lbs chicken breast 4 pieces
- 1 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 6-8 cloves garlic grated
- 2 scallions sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp salt or to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper or to taste
Grate the garlic cloves.
Add chicken breasts, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, grated garlic, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours, flipping chicken halfway through cooking.
