1 stand mixer or large mixing bowl with hand mixer or whisk
1 cookie scoop or spoon
1 wide shallow bowl for powdered sugar
- 1 15 ounce box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs at room temperature
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
Sift powdered sugar into a wide shallow bowl and set aside.
In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well mixed.
