Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine feta, cream cheese, and olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in dried basil and minced garlic thoroughly into the cheese blend.
  • Transfer the mixture to a shallow bowl or small plate and create a well in the center with a spoon.
  • Pour honey into the well in the cheese mixture.
  • Garnish around the edges with chopped chives, pistachios, and cracked black pepper.

  • Serve with fresh bread, crackers, or vegetable crudités.
  • Store leftover dip refrigerated in an airtight container up to 3 days.
