  • 1 microwave-safe plate for melting cheese on tortilla

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 lb thick-cut bacon
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 4 large 12 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • chipotle mayonnaise to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon strips in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned and crispy, turning occasionally.
  • Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease and let cool.
  • Place one tortilla on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese, and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Immediately top the melted cheese tortilla with 1/4 of the cooked bacon, iceberg lettuce, and diced tomato.
  • Spread chipotle mayo evenly over the ingredients before folding the sides of the tortilla inward and rolling it tightly into a wrap.
  • Repeat the process with remaining tortillas and fillings.
  • Cut each wrap in half and serve warm or at room temperature as preferred.

Notes

  • Let bacon cool completely before assembling to avoid soggy tortillas.
  • Pat tomatoes dry to reduce moisture.
  • Roll wraps tightly and secure with toothpicks or wrap in foil for easy packing.
  • Store cooked bacon and veggies separately for up to 3 days to maintain freshness.
